2027-2030 State Plan on Aging: Statewide Needs Assessment Survey
The Ohio Department of Aging (AGE) is conducting a statewide needs assessment survey to better understand what matters most to older Ohioans, adults with disabilities, and their families and caregivers.
Your feedback and opinions will be used to inform the creation of Ohio’s 2027-2030 State Plan on Aging. This four-year State Plan will guide programs and services for Ohio’s older adults, adults with disabilities, and their families and caregivers across the state. Complete the survey here.
